Directions to the HBI Mount Vernon Receiving Station:
From the North: Take I5 South to Exit #230 (Hwy. 20 or Avon Cutoff Road) Go West on Hwy. 20/Avon Cutoff Road to LaConner Whitney Road. Go Left/South on LaConner to intersection of LaConner and Downey Roads. HBI is located at this intersection.

From the South: Take I5 North to Exit 226 (Broad Street). Left on Broad Street to Kincaid Street. Left on Kincaid to Cleveland Road/Hwy 536. Right/North on cleveland to Division Street. West on Division to Wall Street. Left on Wall Street to McLean Road. Right/West on McLean. McLean will turn into Downey Road at the intersection of LaConner Whitney Road.
