Texas is one of Hartung Brothers, Inc.'s main production areas for cucumbers. HBI contracts with local farmers to grow their cucumbers from seeds. HBI does the custom harvesting, washing and sorting of the cucumbers to get them ready to be shipped to the processors. Many of them are made into pickles.
We also have cucumber production areas in Oregon, Washington and Ohio.
